These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with JachOOs Technologies Private Limited and your use of our face recognition attendance system application with an HRMS panel ( Face Axis app) (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.
User Accounts:
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

(ii) Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These Terms shall be governed and construed under the laws of Dubai, UAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms :
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect.

By accessing or using the face recognition attendance system application with an HRMS panel Face Axis app (the “Service”) provided by JachOOs Technologies Private Limited you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
